Don Kraft - SMART Local 112

SMART Local 112 provides those in the sheet metal, air rail, and transportation industries improved working conditions for happier, more comfortable lives. The union serves Elmira and Jamestown, NY, and aims to provide each member with a sense of pride and “to give a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay.” Like any union, SMART Local 112 negotiates on behalf of members to protect their jobs, wages, and benefits, and to enforce contracts.
